Yuanta AMC was established in 2003. The Company is focused on activities that speed up recovery of non-performing loans (NPLs) and evaluate which actions will benefit the company most under the given circumstances. Yuanta AMC carries out loan acquisition, and the assessment, management and sale of bad loans, Accounts Receivable Purchase and management of Overdue Receivable Management.
The Company will continue to grow by pursuing greater turnover and performance of its NPL business, while also working with its parent financial holding company and subsidiaries, or strategically aligning with third-party companies to develop more asset management business by through loan restructuring, asset securitization and other special projects.
