Cause of occurrence: To optimize the necessary facilities and projects for the new building, and in response to the price increase of labor and materials in construction environment, YFH board of directors approved to increase budget of its five subsidiaries including Yuanta Securities, Yuanta Bank, Yuanta Securities Investment Trust, Yuanta Futures and Yuanta Securities Finance for participating in Urban Renewal Project at 764, 764-1, Subsection 1, Changchun Sec., Zhongshan Dist., Taipei.
