The cultivation and development of human resources has always been an important operational development goal for Yuanta FHC. In response to the ESG (environmental, social, and corporate governance) and DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) waves and the emphasis of talent social responsibility by global companies, Yuanta FHC officially announces that we have once again joined “TALENT, in Taiwan, Taiwan Talent Sustainability Action Alliance” at this critical moment! We are committed to promoting the following six aspects of talent sustainability and actions to keep our talent sustainable and competitive in the midst of the changing industry.
Yuanta FHC follows the Taiwan Financial Supervisory Commission’s (FSC) “Corporate Governance 3.0 - Sustainable Development Roadmap” and formulates Sustainable Finance Guidelines. In 2016, Yuanta launched a roadmap for the Group’s sustainable development strategy, incorporating ESG concepts into our operating strategy, and putting into practice Yuanta’s sustainable DNA to continuously pursue the maximum value of the company. Yuanta FHC shoulders the responsibility of corporate citizenship, works together with stakeholders for the good of all, exerts positive influence, and strives for sustainable corporate development. According to Yuanta FHC’s 2023 domestic and overseas employee opinion surveys, 86% of the participating employees have a positive opinion of the core values. For the fifth consecutive year, Yuanta FHC has been named to the Dow Jones Sustainability World Index and the Dow Jones Sustainability Emerging Markets Index. We use the S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA) to evaluate corporate sustainability in three dimensions: governance & economic, environmental, and social. Yuanta FHC’s outstanding performance in business ethics and climate strategy, as well as the well-balanced development of our five subsidiaries, placed us at the top of the group of FBN Diversified Financial Services and Capital Markets, together with S&P Global and UBS.

Yuanta FHC has been awarded HR Asia’s Best Companies to Work for in Asia for five consecutive years since 2020.
In addition, Yuanta FHC continues to nurture future financial talents and deepen the desire of the new generation to enter the financial industry, and actively persists to work with various universities in industry-academia cooperation. Through courses, internships, lectures, and corporate visits, Yuanta FHC vigorously cultivates new-generation financial talents and recruits future talents needed for key business development. Yuanta FHC worked with many universities on industry-academia cooperation in 2023 to train 22,135 new-generation talents.
